Download batch data straight into your system
Modern PIMS such as Ascend, Robovet and RxWorks include features to directly download batch data from us. This eliminates the need to enter details by hand and helps keep your stock levels and batch details accurate. This is often the most efficient way to keep track of your batch data.
Please note that the terminology for this differs from system to system; we often refer to it as “batch collection” or “batch downloads” but it may also be called “delivery info” or “downloading an order”!
Getting Started with Batch Collection
The specific process depends on the system you use. The best starting point is to contact your providers to discuss your options. In some cases they may ask you to request credentials from our support team, or ask to reach out to us directly on your behalf. Follow the link below to find out how to contact our team.

Access batch data online, any time
You can access batch data via the Covetrus Batch Info web app. This site can provide batch data for a date range, invoice number, or product code. It also offers the option to download the data in spreadsheet format, to be used with Excel, Sheets or your preferred spreadsheet application.

You will need your Covetrus account number and web password to access the site. Our support team can get you started with this – simply use the link below to see how to contact them!
If you already download price update files from the website, you can log in with the same password. Please note that this is not the password you use to access Connect.
Daily or Weekly Summary Reports
We offer daily or weekly scheduled emails for batch data. These mails contain a list of products, quantities and the relevant batch/expiry details for each product delivered within that time period. These reports can be saved for your records, or even printed (if necessary).
Getting Started with Batch Report Emails
To request these reports, simply contact our team via the link below with a note of your account number, the email address you’d like to use, and the frequency (daily or weekly).
